How to Make Accordion Paper Flowers
Step 1: Start with the first piece of brightly colored paper that will form the petals of the accordion flower.

Step 2: Now, start to fold the paper from the bottom upwards, making small folds to start the accordion effect.

Step 3: Flip the paper over and continue folding, flipping the paper each time. If you are unsure, the video shows this clearly.

Step 4: Continue until you have folded the paper all the way to the top.

Step 5: Apply glue to the top of the accordion paper strip.

Step 6: Attach the glued ends together and fan out the accordion flower shape.

Step 7: Make another accordion flower petal in the same way and stick the ends together to form the full flower.

Step 8: Take a piece of green paper for the stem. Fold from the bottom upwards. You don’t need to flip it this time, but watch the video if you are unsure of what folds to make.

Step 9: You’ll need two stems for your flower.

Step 10: Using glue, attach the stems to the left and right sides of the folded accordion petals.

Step 11: Now fold the stem sections downwards to form the full accordion flower. You can glue it closed if you’d like, but it’s not necessary.

Step 12: Add a center to give your flower some pizzazz. Decorate this in any way you’d like.

Your accordion flower is complete and looks beautiful!

Tip: Mix and match colors and paper patterns for a fun bouquet!
