Exploring the Tusk Turtle Trail London 2025

A new free sculpture trail has landed in London for the summer holidays. The trail of 16 giant turtles have been placed around central London and make a great activity for the summer holidays.
Exploring the Tusk Turtle Trail London 2025
Following the success of Tusk’s previous Rhino, Lion and Gorilla Trails, the Turtle Trail has been designed to to raise awareness of the beauty of and threats to all marine turtles. The installations are positioned in some of London’s most recognisable locations which makes for some fun sightseeing. Our first turtle was spotted outside The Ritz Hotel.

Then it was a short walk to Piccadilly Circus to find the next turtle, by British artist Dave White.

We walked down the Haymarket to this lovely turtle called Trevor with an important message painted on its back.

My favourite sculpture was by the American artist Andrew Scott, featuring a boy with a snorkel and flippers on the back of the turtle.

The Turtle sculptures are in place from July to September. You can download a map from www.tusk.org and of course bid on the sculptures and take one home with you too!
